Tyler Stocking is an attorney at The Zoppoth Law Firm. Mr. Stocking practices in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, severance agreements, wage and hour violations, workers’ compensation, and wrongful termination. He serves clients in Louisville and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

After graduating from Christian Academy of Louisville, Mr. Stocking attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, earning a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in journalism with a minor in business administration. In 2020, he received his law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and earning seven CALI awards for the highest grade in his class, as well as the Samuel L. Greenebaum Award for Achievement in Legal Writing.

While attending law school, Mr. Stocking received his limited practice license to practice law in the Brandeis Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he represented start-up business clients. He served as Managing Editor for Volume 58 of the University of Louisville Law Review. He also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Mark Rothstein and had the opportunity to co-author the Public Health Law Judicial Reference Guide for Kentucky Courts, Revised Second Edition, with Professor Rothstein, which was published in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During law school, Mr. Stocking was also published in the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology and the American University Health Law & Policy Brief. During the summer before his third year of law school, Mr. Stocking studied abroad in Croatia, focusing on comparative international intellectual property and internet law.  

Mr. Stocking has been a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2020 and is admitted before all Commonwealth of Kentucky courts. Mr. Stocking is committed to serving the needs of Kentucky employees who have lost their jobs due to work-related problems. He works hard on behalf of each of his clients to ensure that fair compensation is received.
