Amanda R. Walker was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Law and Public Policy, from the University of Louisville in 2006. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2010. While attending law school, she was a member of the Legal Association of Women and was the coordinator for the Chase Law Advocate Program. She is currently a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County.
Ms. Walker is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American and Kentucky Bar Associations.
Ms. Walker concentrates her practice in labor and employment law.
Brad Zoppoth was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from Kentucky Country Day in 2007 before moving to Dallas, Texas to attend Southern Methodist University. In 2011, Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, while also achieving a double minor in English and Philosophy from Southern Methodist University. He attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 2014. While in his last year of law school, Brad had the opportunity to study abroad in London, taking courses analyzing the similarities and differences in American versus European law. Brad also interned for Reprieve while living in London for the semester, which is an international organization assisting death row inmates with their appeals process. During the summers of law school, he interned at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, right outside of Dallas, assisting one of the felony trial teams, and also at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office.
Brad currently concentrates his practice in labor and employment law at The Zoppoth Law Firm.
In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and being outdoors.

Timothy B. George, Jr. was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a 2007 graduate of Trinity High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Miami University in 2011. After graduating from Miami University, he attended the University of Louisville Brandies School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2014.
Mr. George is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association.
Mr. George concentrates his practice in labor and employment law.
Scott P. Zoppoth, the founder and owner of the firm has over 28 years of extensive experience in business and commercial litigation matters, including commercial arbitration matters with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and securities arbitration matters with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) (Now “FINRA”; Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). He has successfully handled over a hundred jury and bench trials, injunction hearings and evidentiary hearings for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Federal and State Courts and hearings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, South Carolina, Florida, New York and Illinois.
Mr. Zoppoth served as an arbitrator on the commercial panel of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) for over ten (10) years. Mr. Zoppoth moved to Louisville in 1991 and has a long history of active involvement in the community. Mr. Zoppoth is a long time member of the board of directors of Camp Piomingo, the Downtown YMCA and the Metro Association YMCA Board of Directors. He has been the Chairman of the Parish Council at his church for the past twelve (12) years. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Kentucky Lawyer Referral Service Program, which is a part of the Louisville Bar Association.
Mr. Zoppoth has owned and operated his own law firm since 1996. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Zoppoth practiced law in a boutique litigation firm in Houston, Texas. He moved to Louisville, Kentucky in 1991 and worked as a senior associate in the litigation department of a medium sized law firm before starting his own law firm in 1996. Mr. Zoppoth is licensed in Kentucky and Texas and before the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
